Global Advocacy Team spokespeople

The Sightsavers Global Advocacy Team spokespeople are all Sightsavers staff members with special expertise in one of the areas that we work in.

Based in Sightsavers offices across Europe, Africa and Asia, the Global Advocacy team can provide insight and in-depth knowledge to the media on issues they encounter daily in their lives and work.

Between them, members of the team can speak on a wide variety of topics including the full range of health issues Sightsavers deals with such as eye health, neglected tropical diseases, and human resource development.

Other members of the team can speak on issues that affect visually impaired people and our development work, including inclusive education, social inclusion, community development, and climate change.

Please contact press@sightsavers.org if you would like to speak to one of the members of the Global Advocacy Team.
