Sightsavers has built strong relationships with many corporate partners who support us in various ways. Our sight-saving work wouldn’t be possible without their generosity.

In return for such generosity, we offer a range of clear business benefits. These include:

  • Objectives that will contribute to your strategy
  • Press and social media coverage
  • Brand awareness
  • Help fulfilling your CSR objectives

Your CRM initiatives

Cause-related marketing (CRM) initiatives are a great way to raise funds while also having a positive impact on sales and increasing brand equity for both partners.

There are plenty of CRM models that are very effective in a retail environment. These include:

  • A fixed donation on a product or range of products where the donation equates to a specific element of Sightsavers’ work
  • Social media engagement: recruit fans and encourage them to share content with a joint promotion
  • Prompt payment: incentivise corporate clients to settle invoices early with a donation made for payments received within a given period (such as 14 days).

Your CSR objectives

Sightsavers has a wide portfolio of sponsorship opportunities available for your company. Our team will help you find the right sponsorship package to add value to your business, gain great publicity and fulfil your CSR objectives.

How you and your employees can support Sightsavers

A bunch of children celebrate winning a sporting event - they're all dressed in yellow.

Get creative

Create an event such as ‘Bright for Sight’, where you encourage your employees to wear bright colours to work on World Sight Day in October, and give a donation to Sightsavers.

Get physical

Why not take part in a sporting event? We have places in events nationwide, including marathons, fun runs, cycle rides and walks. Encourage your staff to take part and raise money.

School children race together in Uganda.

Get support

We can also provide support for your employees’ own ideas: we have fundraising packs, posters, collection boxes, T-shirts and loads more. We’ll also cheer you on on the day.

Sponsor a project

Many companies choose to sponsor a project in one of the countries where we work. Sponsorship packages range from funding a pioneering hospital in India to purchasing vehicles for outreach services in Africa.

Sightsavers is regarded as a leading international development organisation by our partners. The projects we support make a real difference to the lives of our beneficiaries, which is why many high-profile international and multinational companies choose to support our projects.

Our partners

We’re extremely grateful for the support of our corporate partners. These strategic partnerships make a huge contribution to our work and enable our partners to achieve their CSR objectives by making a tangible, sustainable impact on communities in developing countries.
