Quality and learning

The quality of our programmes is high due to our rigorous monitoring and evaluation systems. We are committed to learning and improvement, and are considered highly by our peers for these robust systems.

Sightsavers Innovation Fund

Sightsavers is delighted to launch a new funding initiative to help overcome challenges faced by the eye health and social inclusion sectors in developing countries. 

Organisational monitoring

Our strategy is based on the balanced scorecard methodology and we have developed a strategy implementation and monitoring dashboard in order to monitor our performance.

Programme quality improvement

Ensuring high quality programmes is one of our key strategic objectives, and we have developed four connected frameworks to address quality improvement, monitoring and evaluation, technical support and learning.

Learning

 Learning and innovation are essential in order to improve the quality of what we do. We engage in research and development activities, and collate our learning and best practice into a series of publications and toolkits.
