Organisational monitoring
Our renewed strategy was launched at the beginning of 2009 – and documented in the publication ‘Strategic Framework 2009 – 2013: making the connections’. It was developed over a two year period which involved setting the strategy and aligning organisational planning and performance measurement processes.

Our strategy is based on the balanced scorecard methodology and includes a strategy map, and a scorecard of indicators and targets. In order to monitor our performance and ensure we are on track to achieve our strategic priorities, we have developed a strategy implementation and monitoring dashboard.
