One off In Memory gifts
If you would like to make a gift In Memory of someone special you can do so by downloading our In Memory Giving form and sending it to us with your donation. If you are a UK taxpayer, please remember to sign the Gift Aid declaration on the form, so your gift will be worth at least an extra 25% to Sightsavers.
