Save the planet while saving sight

Got an old mobile phone that you don’t use anymore? You can help raise money for Sightsavers while doing your bit for the environment and recycling your old mobile phone.

Did you know?

The average UK citizen has at least two spare phones. It is estimated there are over 100 million spare mobiles in the UK.

Sightsavers and SHP

Sightsavers is working in partnership with SHP, a company that recycles mobile phone handsets. For every mobile sent to SHP by a supporter, Sightsavers will receive a donation. We will receive £3 for phones that work and 50p for those that don’t.

Please contact Hannah Brett on hbrett@sightsavers.org or 01444 446725 to receive a freepost bag to send your phone in.

If you think your mobile is worth over £15, you can support Sightsavers and receive payment for recycling your mobile phone at the same time.
