Stories

We’ve been working in developing countries for more than 60 years, and in that time we’ve met a lot of people and heard some remarkable stories.

Here are a few of them – behind each one is a person with a family; with plans for the future; with worries about their job, or education, or ability to fit in. Their stories spur us on to reach more people and change more lives for the better, and when you read them you’ll see just how huge an impact your donation can have on someone’s life.
