Georgina Cranston
Georgina is a British photographer who specialises in documentary and portrait photography. She has travelled the world on assignments for international media and non-governmental organisations including Sightsavers. She has shown her work in exhibitions worldwide and has won 16 awards, most recently first prize for multimedia at The Press Photographer’s Year 2013. georginacranston.com
David Goldblatt
David, who was born in South Africa, spent his career chronicling the structures, people and landscapes of his country from 1948 until his death in June 2018. In 1998 he was the first South African to have a solo exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, and in 2016 he was awarded the Commandeur des Arts et des Lettres by the Ministry of Culture of France. goldblatt.co.za
Kate Holt
Born in Zimbabwe, Kate is a photojournalist who started her career at the BBC. She has travelled extensively across Africa, the Middle East and Asia, documenting the effects of war, climate change and poverty. She has also worked for The Independent, The Guardian and The Sunday Times, among others, and has been nominated three times for the Amnesty Award. kateholt.com
Nick Knight
Nick Knight OBE is among the world’s most influential image-makers. As a fashion photographer and fashion film director, he is known for his creative collaborations with designers including Yohji Yamamoto, John Galliano and Alexander McQueen. He has also had long creative relationships with music artists including Björk, Massive Attack, Lady Gaga and Kanye West. nickknight.com
Tommy Trenchard
Tommy is a British journalist and photographer based in Cape Town, South Africa. He works mainly in Africa and the Middle East for international media and leading NGOs, and has been covering preventable blindness since 2016.
