Run the Hackney Half Marathon for charity

Fancy running 13.1 miles around East London? Your charity run can raise money for Sightsavers and help change lives around the world.

Enjoy the community spirit of Hackney on this East London route.

One of the capital’s biggest half marathons, this race weaves through the vibrant streets of East London.

The Hackney Half offers a closed roads route with a festival atmosphere and lots of community spirit. It’s perfect for first-time and seasoned runners who want to experience a fun, welcoming race.

You’ll dash past famous local landmarks including Hackney Town Hall, Victoria Park and Hackney Wick. While street art, music and entertainment will keep you motivated each step of the way.

The half marathon is part of the Hackney Moves festival, which runs throughout the weekend. After your race, you can celebrate at the festival event village by sampling street food or enjoying live music.
