To show how Sightsavers aims to achieve its goals, we have developed a set of organisational strategies in close consultation with staff.
Our overarching programme strategy outlines our approach, our principles and how we deliver our vision, while our thematic strategies focus in more depth on our work on eye health, uncorrected refractive error, neglected tropical diseases (NTDs), social inclusion and education.
The strategies draw on key global strategies and frameworks including the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the World Report on Vision, and the Roadmap for NTDs 2030.
Click below to read our strategies, which are available in English and French, as well as shorter summary documents of each strategy.
